Terms & Policies



To make a reservation/hair appointment with Huxley Salon, we require a full profile to be created. This can be done over the phone or online and includes keeping a valid CC in your file. We do not charge this card unless our cancellation policy is violated. We only gather information to keep a thorough record of services and products that you purchase to help provide better customer service.


We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If you need to make any changes to your reservation within 24 hours, you must call us as our website does not allow altering appointments within that time frame. Violation of this policy 2 or more times may result in you no longer being welcome in our salon.

What happens if something out of your control happens?

If you reschedule within 1 week of your missed appointment, half of your fee will be put towards your next appointment. If you do not revisit us within 1 week, the fee will be lost and not credited towards any future appointments.

Only the owner reserves the right to be flexible. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to Aubree.


When you walk through our doors you will immediately see a lounge area with a large front desk. Matthew should be there to greet you and check you in. In the event that he is not, please wait in our seating area and he or one of our team members will be with you shortly.

We ask that you aim to arrive 15 minutes early to any new appointments, this allows time for parking and finding us. Our location can be a little tricky the first time so please call if you have any trouble.

You may enjoy one of our many beverages while you wait and during your appointment: Coffee, Latte, Wine, Beer, Sparkling and Flat Water.


We are located in the back of a brick building on the corner of Washington & Hancock st. Our building takes up the South West corner of that intersection. You will see signage for Chosen Foods with a small courtyard surrounded by a black fence with hedges and short trees inside. Our building is named Middletown Square and is across the street from Mission Brewery. Our front door is on down the sidewalk on Washington street, within a stones throw from the Washington St. Trolley Stop. You will see a black awning over our front door, and we occupy the North West corner of the building on the lower floor.


There is street parking available on Washington St. as well as on Hancock St. and if you turn right on Emory St. from Hancock and follow it to the end, you will find a parking lot to your left and right. Depending on the time of day this lot will feel very full, however there is overflow parking to the left. If you come around lunch time, 3pm or later, or on the weekends, you will find parking to your right (closest to our front door) Please allow time before your appointment to park.

Refund Policy:


We offer full refund or exchange on all retail products sold in store, for any or no reason. Please bring the product(s) with you the next time you’re in and we will take care of you.


We allow our guests to come back within 2 weeks of their original appointment to correct any fixes needed. This does not include changing your color altogether, UNLESS you aren’t happy with your results. Your stylist reserves the right to decide if this is a free correction or charged, and you reserve the right to understand why or how much. Your stylist reserves to the right to refund your service or offer to correct it. Tipping is not necessary for a fix. Making you happy, makes us happy, so please do not hesitate to let us know how you feel about your hair. If the 2 week period passes, you are no longer eligible for a free correction. *Your stylist reserves the right to be flexible with this policy, as she handles her business uniquely.
